Refund policy

Yes. If the board isn't working for your family, email us within 14 days of delivery, and we'll sort out a refund or an exchange — whichever you'd prefer.

To qualify, items must come back unused and unmarked, with no writing on the surface, no adhesive or mounting residue, all original pieces included, and the packaging intact. Customers cover return shipping, and original shipping charges aren't refundable. Anything that reaches us in unsellable condition may be sent back to you as-is.
